Warranty Policy
First: Warranty Duration
• All products are covered by a one-year (12 months) warranty starting from the date of purchase documented in the invoice.
Second: Scope of Warranty
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
• The warranty does not include any malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or incorrect installation.
• Natural corrosion or wear and tear due to daily use are not considered within the scope of the warranty.
Third: Conditions for Benefiting from the Warranty
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented when requesting service.
• The product must be within the specified warranty period and not tampered with or opened by an unauthorized party.
• If it is found that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed of the repair cost before execution.
Fourth: Warranty Claim Procedure
• The customer submits a warranty service request via an electronic form or official email.
• The product will be inspected by the technical team within 5 to 10 working days after receipt.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new product free of charge.
Fifth: Warranty Exclusions
• Any damage caused by liquids, excessive heat, impacts, or internal tampering.
• Malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.
• Accessories and consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or plastic parts are not covered by the warranty.
• Any repair performed at an unauthorized center immediately voids the warranty.
Sixth: Store Responsibility
• The store’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the product only.
• The store is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use or downtime.
